  • CMP Media
    The homepage for this company provides links to information on computer technology for end users and industry professionals. Check the "Online" link for a list of their Web sites.  "TechWeb" should be of particular interest to our computer technology students.

  • Codes of Ethics Online
    A collection of more than 850 codes of ethics of professional organizations, corporations, governments, and academic institutions, indexed by category, this site is presented by the Center for the Study of Ethics in the Professions at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

  • DevX
    This site provides information on software products, technologies, and vendors. Also provides a full-text database of articles from 20 computer publications.

  • DOE (Department of Energy) Information Bridge
    The U.S. Department of Energy's database has over 60,000 searchable full-text and bibliographic records of their research and development reports in physics, chemistry, materials, biology, environmental sciences, energy technologies, engineering, computer and information science, and other topics.
    Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.

  • Tech Encyclopedia
    A subpage of the aforementioned "TechWeb" from CMP, this page provides definitions of computer terms and concepts in a searchable interface.

  • ZDNet
    This site covers computer and technology news, reviews and resource collections, mostly as they relate to business.

    DMTCS is a peer-reviewed electronic journal publishing cutting-edge research in the field.

  • The Discrete Mathematics Project
    The site is a collaborative project of the School of Education and the Department of Applied Mathematics at the University of Colorado at Boulder.  A glossary of discrete math definitions and links to various resources about discrete math are available.
